PSVR Hit Beat Saber Adds Free Competitive Multiplayer Update

Slashing playmaker. PSVR’s uber-popular rhythm action game Beat Saber has been updated with online multiplayer today, allowing you to compete in five-player skirmishes against friends or strangers. The mode allows you to use any of the music included in the base release, in addition to any of the DLC expansions, and there’s even a lobby environment where you can either participate or spectate from afar. You’ll be able to customise your own unique online avatar, and you can even choose your favourite colours to apply to your cubes and sabers. In addition to all of the above, a new song and Halloween environment has been added to the title today, free of charge, and, of course, you can take this online as part of the new multiplayer mode.
